CRM IS GATHERING PACE

According to the latest research, consumers are now purchasing a product associated with a good cause more than ever before. The awareness, understanding and call for more opportunities from consumers is gathering pace as business and charities also develop their understanding, adoption and application of CRM.

THE KEY PRINCIPLES

CRM must be based on Integrity, transparency, sincerity, mutual respect, partnership and mutual benefit. A business or charity may choose to ignore them at their risk. Using the Guidelines and exploring the examples provided in markets around the world, the most successful programs would demonstrate these principles at their core.
